Body Weight Fat Loss Workout
This app offers a great progressing workout that grows with the fitness level of the exerciser. I love the fact that there are beginning intermediate and advanced levels to each exercise. Dont know when I will do pushups between my Burpees but it is a long term goal to strive for.
